Anxiety and Uncertainty in a Post-Covid (or Mid-Covid) World
This one-day course, aimed at any professional group, aims to explain the impact of uncertainty on our lives and explore the psychology of anxiety and uncertainty. We will discuss the specific
impacts of the pandemic on both our psyche and our life in practical terms, including the emotional responses of grief and guilt. We will also consider how this learning can be utilised to form more healthy strategies for work and life and ways to sooth and self-regulate.
Your tutor will be a psychotherapist who has worked for over 20 years in different settings including the NHS and has a deep understanding of the psychological impact of uncertainty.
If required we can tailor the workshop to a specific professional field and the particular uncertainties and losses in that area of work.
