Leading challenging staff conversations
This 1 day course is aimed for staff who are new to being a manager/supporting staff or experienced staff who find having challenging conversations difficult.
It is an interactive course which aims to equip those that attend with useful tools which will help them to successfully lead challenging conversations with staff on a range of topics (e.g absenteeism, punctuality, performance)
Learning outcomes;
- To define key attributes of a productive conversation
- To give examples of different styles of leading conversations
- To practice leading challenging conversations
