Teaming for Effectiveness
Bespoke team training for all workplaces focusing on real world improvement strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Whole teams work together to outline goals, understand the work of individuals within the team and the team as whole. The team collaborate to understand and work out barriers to effective teamwork, formulate achievable strategies to attain team goals and cohesion. This is achieved using a mixture of facilitated discussions and abstract game debriefs based on evidence based team-work qualities and dynamics that enhance effectiveness.
This course can be tailored for each team depending on their needs and outcomes. This includes high stakes, time-critical or dynamic work environments eg healthcare, finance, aviation etc. The course is designed for whole team participation, or at the very least with each team role represented.
