Understanding Human Factors in your workplace
This one-day course, aimed at any professional group, will explain what Human Factors are in the context of dealing with crisis in your work place. We will explore how the understanding of Human Factors has been developed first in aviation and then transferred to other safety critical industries.
We will consider how this learning can increase performance and awareness of barriers in your day-to-day life. Your tutor will be expert in human factors in health care and we will consider how learning from working in this complex environment transfers to your practice.
